We will meet for 9 sessions via ZOOM on Tuesdays from 9 - 11:30am Mountain Time, beginning October 11th and ending December 6th.

Please plan to attend at least 6 sessions so we have a robust group to work with! Also, please make sure you’re located in a quiet and private place so we will have your full attention.

I will send emails with our ZOOM link on each Monday, before our Tuesday session. All our sessions will recorded and emailed to you within a few days of the session.
